About Mansfield Sales Partners

Mansfield Sales Partners is a sales outsourcing company based in the Boston, MA area. Mansfield was born during the 2005-2006 ski season in Stowe, Vermont, site of Mount Mansfield. During that time, the partners recognized that there was a substantial need to provide sales assistance, i.e. outsourcing sales, to the kinds of rapidly growing companies in which the partners had spent their careers.

By working with a variety of companies, we see a bigger picture of real-world business problems faced by corporate executives and apply the best practices. It also gives us an opportunity to leverage long standing customer and partner relationships to make the right introductions geared around well defined business issues.

Each member of the Mansfield team has 15-plus years of experience in sales and sales management. Our goal is to leverage the experiences and successes of the team to help create and implement go-to-market strategies for our clients and insure that early staffing decisions are made based on customer and market feedback and early sales wins.

Mansfield Sales Partners fills gaps in the sales organizations during various stages of growth through sales outsourcing. The team performs Senior Sales Management roles during critical stages and help the CEO and the Board of Directors formulate the profile of the ideal Vice President of Sales candidate. During periods of growth, our firm can help establish a channel strategy, direct business development activities and generate activity in new regions and vertical markets without distracting the in-house team. We will also help refine messaging, implement and manage lead generation campaigns and help with sales process issues as requested. Mansfield will be your Outsourcing Sales Partner at a fraction of the cost of comparable in-house talent.

Mansfield Sales Partners is unique because we help create the strategy and execute the plan through sales outsourcing so our clients can build real sales pipelines and revenues to capture the types of reference customers that are crucial to small companies.
